These two historical documents, one from 1869 and the other from 1905 are legal documents recording the sale of Casa Santa Anna. The first, document's ownership to General Santa Anna and the second to "Simon Sam" ex-dictator of Haiti. They were translated from Danish documents and record the transition of ownership. The Seller has many documents obtained from the Lt.Governer's Office of the Recorder of Deeds pertaining to many other owners dating back to the 1820's.
